The Marcus Garvey Technical High School Alumni Association M.G.T.H.S family is like no other. It includes devoted alumni whose time as students was not just about a few brief years, but a formative experience that forged a lifelong connection. M.G.T.H.S graduates respond when called upon — whether serving in their communities, helping fellow alums or students discern new career paths.

Our role as the M.G.T.H.S Alumni Association is to strengthen those bonds to the School and each other. We help our M.G.T.H.S family members thrive in faith, service, learning, and work; and we inspire them to act as forces for good in their communities and the world.

While we are connected in our love of M.G.T.H.S. and our shared mission to better the world, we also recognize that we are not all the same. We are a fabric woven together of strands of gold and blue — different life experiences, different cultures, and different backgrounds. In the Alumni Association, we are committed to fostering and welcoming differing perspectives, opinions, and viewpoints, as long as they are productive and respectful of the dignity of all members.
